We’re excited to welcome Patty back to the GBCo. Beer Hall as part of our free Wednesday Music Series! Described as, “peace, love, and a giant crowbar,” Patty PerShayla has a gritty, yet sweet singing voice, and has both explosive and tender moments in her performance. Patty’s solo act includes three segments: upbeat, rhythmic folk on acoustic guitar to start, followed by ballads and reimagined grunge favorites on ukulele, and ending with a vintage-inspired electric guitar set, exploring blues and gloomier arrangements of classic rock songs. Patty brings to the stage a strutting, stomping, crooning good time that you won’t be able to ignore.

Renowned for his magnetic live performances and ‘direct-from-the-heart’ songs, #1 UK chart artist Luke Concannon has something special. Performing with his wife, the classically trained singer, Goshen native Stephanie Hollenberg, the duo present an evening of musical passion and audience participation that will surely become one of those gigs that live long in the memory. Somewhere between the Celtic soul of Van Morrison, and the deep lyricism of Leonard Cohen.
“Luke is one of my three main heroes, along with Van Morrison” – Ed Sheeran
From their bio: “The Rough & Tumble are as easy to detect as a stray dog on your doorstep– and as difficult to send home. The dumpster-folk, thriftstore-Americana duo, consisting of Mallory Graham & Scott Tyler, have been hobbling around the country in their 16’ camper since 2015. They picked up a couple of actual strays along the way– two 100lb dogs, Puddle & Magpie Mae– and have been making themselves at home in living rooms, bars, theaters, and festivals across the country.
“Their Americana music is restorative, their performance highly entertaining, their orchestra of unusual instruments intriguing, and… jokes and stories are worthy of an HBO special.” (Linda Bolton, Cozy Cabin House Concerts).”
Come enjoy craft beer and listen to some outdoor tunes from this nationally touring bluegrass duo out of Kansas City, MO and Warsaw, IN!
Their exciting, gritty, and often hilarious stage show has been developed over three years of relentless touring across the US and Europe. Though deeply rooted in bluegrass and old time tradition, the pair’s respective backgrounds in electric blues guitar and classical violin– as well as a penchant for the absurd– offer a refreshing point of view. The group has been featured on various NPR and international radio stations as well as blogs including The Bluegrass Situation, Dying For Bad Music and more.
